Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon

28,000 pairs of feet pounding Mumbai's streets on Sunday the 15th of Jan during the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2005 last year. This may have hardly caused a tremor, but the positive energy which emanated from the congregation that had come together to salute what has become the country's largest international sporting event, rocked the entire city. The live coverage that sent images of the event to every household in the country and large pockets throughout the world ensured that the same energy was transmitted far and wide.
